Sir, nicely explained. But, the SFE of Ni is around 136 mJ/m2 which is very high while on the other hand SFE for Fe is near to 0 mJ/m2. Could you also make a video of how deformation mechanism changes when SFE changes? Thank you

Metals having high SFE promotes dynamic recovery while metals having low SFE promotes dynamic recrystallization. Why?

It is because if the SFE is higher than the dislocations anhilitate and the dislocation density required for the dynamic recrystallization cannot be achieved.
