I bought Affinity along with my macro lens for doing focus stacks, but I find myself using this long exposure stacking trick way more often. Put my camera in burst mode, go out at night and make a handheld sequence, load them as a stack, the software does it's thing and now the highlights are clean. Thanks for these videos!

This is a feature in AP that I use and have used frequently and this video is particularly helpful, since your knowledge of the structure of Affinity Photo knows ways that are non intuitive. I have had very beautiful results but my methods have been rather more complicated and the efficiency of the workflow here is infinitely better. Many thanks.

That was really interesting. I will try this blending multiple exposures approach alongside my tried and tested single exposure with ND filters and see how the results differ. Reducing the faff associated with filters is definitely appealing.

It would be interesting to learn what all the other stacking modes are for. Only Mean, Median and Maximum see to have much use for normal photography. Yet we see many other operators, the same ones Photoshop offers. When would those be used?

Awesome! Is it possible though to batch Develop the series of RAW files? My series of images can need some adjustment, common to all. Editing each one is pretty long winded.
