Stacy has a beautiful voice now and when she started singing at age 11 years old she was very cute and adorable and talented as a kid. As an adult Stacy now is a minister and she is performing good. And god bless her. And I think Stacy will make a great actress too!

I think our culture is obsessed with people staying the same. We are somehow supposed to stay the same size, innocent forever, and God forbid our voices change. But we all change in different ways everyday. When I was her age I could not even come close to what she did, but now in my late forties coming into my own. Now that my face and body have changed, not as many people want to listen because they are obsessed with looks. Mrs. Lattisaw-Jackson is lucky her voice was at its peak when she was young, and she got to experience the joys--and the pitfalls of the recording industry. Thank God she is alive and well, praising God, with a family of her own, still doing good in the world. Stacy Lattisaw, your young voice lives on in beautiful recordings, and your bright spirit is an inspiration. Shine on!

I was thinking the same thing! Someone told me they heard her singing and asked what happened to her voice? Well this is my 1st time hearing her voice since younger days but my thing is, the gift she had was from God anyways at that particular time. She definitely appears to still have an annointing, it just may not be for singing like what we've once known in this hour, but to be used as a vessel from God how ever He sees fit.

MrHeaven33​​ I love to encourage. I never sung on a platform like Stacy but I know what its like to have a nice singing voice and not have that now. But when God anoints me, I can do All things thru Him who strengtheneth me. So I get it. She seems to get joy out of worship and that's beautiful! We don't know why God does what He does. Maybe so she won't turm back into that lifestyle... I'm just saying. Alot of darkness comes with that world of secular music. Her fans need to just let her be. God bless you brother.

Stacy you know what God has delivered you from. Now that you are walking in God's footsteps you have been redeemed you have been bought with a price. God accepts you for who you are and I'm quite sure he will accept all the critics for who they are too if only there is submission to him God. Some people God made to be sold out for him, Hollywood maybe would have destroyed you. To God be the glory, great things he has done. God will not tell you, you need voice training. Some of the negativity on here about her singing voice, reminds me of how people treated & criticized Whitney Houston & how her voice had changed as she got older, in her 40s and dealing with stress, depression pressure, and poor habits. People have to realize at some point that we are made of flesh.....flesh that is dying everyday. Nothing about any of us is the same as it was when we were 20-30 yrs younger. Which also means people that had strong vocals as instruments many years ago will experience physical change with that as well. People should try to think more realistically before commenting. None of the vocally talented artist still living today, from 20, 30, 40 yrs ago....none of their voices sound the way it did back in the day! Some of them still sing, still perform, still sound good, or sound alright, but dont sound exactly the same from earlier years!

Regardless of what everyone is saying about her voice but that's between she and God! She did what she did in her pass and that was sing. Go gave her that gift for that time and has given her another gift for this time. I believe she always had Christ in her life , just not as sold out as she is now. She was really young back then. I'm sure if she was tbat concerned about how she sounded to people, she would get a vocal coach but it seems to be a God thing now. Whatever and however He chooses to use her, she seems to be well with it. Most praise & worship nowadays has become entertainment anyway! I'll take tbe anointing over a pretty voice anytime. But guess what? She still has a voice!

As one old man once yelled in a little church to a girl singing on the pulpit "Darlin' this ain't ya gift!" She was a fantastic singer. A minister she is NOT. She doesn't know enough scripture to do what she's trying to do here. She's also not good at improvising melody, so it sounds very...well fake. You don't need to be a good singer when you're anointed. This is just somebody who used to be famous that showed up for a paycheck. An appearance.
