*Please like this so Stacy can see!!* Stacy, I have been watching you for a long time now, and know that you have two (three counting Polly) dogs, and one cat. You are one person. 3(4)>1 If you feel as though you have the physical AND mental ability to be able to fully take care of all of these animals, keep the cat. I know that you LOVE animals, as do I. The only thing that I am worried about is that there is really, truly only so much a person can do, no matter how much you would like to do. With KZbin, traveling, family, and so much more you have to deal with as an adult, keep in mind if you are truly capable of taking in another pet. I know this sounds bad, but try not to be selfish. I would totally want to keep the cat too, but weigh your abilities to make sure you can really, truly care for all of your pets. Much love and good luck. (๑╹ω╹๑ )

A lot of cats are scared at first. If you let him get used to you then he will begin to slowly become a house cat. It took a while for the cat I have and he was a week over the Pharrell cat point. You can keep trying.

Kawaii-Panda- Lover.3. I have four different cats (don't judge me and my mom. We really like to rescue cats). One we found under a truck and so we saved it (it's the one I was talking about in the comment you replied to), one we got in the animal shelter to make sure our oldest(who will be mentioned last) didn't think she owned the place, the youngest was in my grandmas shed with her mom and two sisters, and the oldest's mother wasn't feeding her or her sisters so we took her in. So we have quite a bit of experience with cats (plus we used to have just three cats but they died and now we have the four of them). The oldest is very protective of herself and she's 3.

Cats prefer company than solo because it means thy always give each other attention and are never alone or scared if your working or away considering your a KZbinr and you travel a lot it would help for milk to have a friend.they seem ok and independent on their own but really with 3 dogs around millk would benefit from a cat emensly it's adds to there social skills and makes them happier and live longer , take it from me I'm a huge cat person and I have had 3 cats at once before they all lived long and fulfilling lives the oldest was 22 human years. Also if the cat creates a bond with you and learns to trust you it can be domesticated with time. If you wanna keep the cat go for it if your ok with one or think it's too much hassle stay with milktoast. Keep up the good work Stacey 😺

Hi Stacy, I live in Idaho I live on a ranch now and we take donations of animals. SOOO if the population gets way outta control we might be able to take some. It may have to be after our snow melts though because we don't want any dead cats on our hands. Thanks very much for reading!

Stacy- I want you to do whatever your heart tells you to do. I love you so much and it's not just because you have such great videos, it's also because you have such a warm, open, and kind heart towards every animal. I have proof to that too: in one of your vlogs you rescued a deer. You saved Milquetoast and you gave him a great loving home. These are just some reasons why. So anytime you see or find an animal that needs help, I want you to do whatever your heart tells you to. If it's best for you to help then help it. If it's best for you to just leave it alone then leave it alone. Whatever you thinks is best for you and the animal. Happy New Year Stacy! Love you so much!

Not sure what you will end up doing Stacy, he is a beautiful kitty. It would be so nice if you could fix up that barn (k, I know it starts with a q but I forget the name) like insulate it. It is HUGE so maybe the idea of people coming to rescue and fix up cats is better. I rescued a cat 2-3 years ago (gosh it goes by so fast) and he was so scared in the beginning but he is now the sweetest thing. I don't think that animals will have a certain time to get socialized. Also, the cat I rescued was fully grown. I think it just depends on the cat. Whatever you do, people have to respect your opinion.

I rescued my kitten as a feral cat. He was born from generations of feral cats. He was about the same age (if not older) than the kitten in this video. He was the most bold of his litter of three, just as the kitten in this video seems to be pretty bold.. I mean, bold for being a feral cat. He didn't want to be rescued either. When I grabbed him, he yowled and scratched me and bit me until I got him in the crate. He was scared of everyone and everything, and I was the only one who was there for him.. so he had no other choice than to become extremely attached to me. About a year and a half later, we're still best friends and he's the best cat ive ever known.. he even ended up getting used to being around people and trusting them! This is irrelevant to the story, but he grew to be a giant Mainecoon.. which is odd because his mother was a tiny tortoiseshell with a bobbed tail. Anyway, I also tried to rehome him as a kitten (as I never really intended to keep him), but I couldn't find it in my heart to give him up. He would follow me around everywhere and pounce at my feet as I walked.. he was my best friend, and I just couldn't rehome him. Anyway, my point is that feral kittens can become great house cats, and amazing friends.

What I think you should do is adopt a cat from a high-kill shelter, where you will actually be saving the life of a cat that will 100% be euthanized. I would rather a cat die in the barn, who have lived their best and free life, than have a cat stuck in a cage in a shelter die from euthanization.

Waffle Goat All cats encounter danger, it's a fact of life. If they die, they die. She has to think about how it will affect the kitten, Page, Molly and Milquetoast. As she said, he didn't eat the food, rejecting it and that could kill him. If Stacy kept picking him up (as of his age) he could get a heart attack out of fear, plus, he'd also probably go back anyway (or be unhappy)

See, the practical thing to do is to let the cat stay with the family. Seeing as its 3 months, it is possible to convert to an indoor because if it let you hold it without it being hostile, it clearly warrants some type of trust toward you. I got my 6 cats when they were only a week old and i took care of them and re-homed most of them and kept the rest so they were able to adapt, i was able to go to a vet and get a history,etc. It would be nice to keep the cat but you have to understand the risks that come with that and you also need to be conscious of your other animals as well and how they could react to the dogs (because its an animal the cat has probably never seen before) Good luck and godspeed!

we rescued a wild cat and shes the sweetest cat ever, it doesn't look like she grows though and she won't let you come to her most of the time unless shes im a small space we let her out by accident a few times and she always came back, we've had her for a few months and she loved my mom but now she's warming up to me and sleeps in my bed :) but she was really easy to catch and was slightly aggressive when we got her not a lot she never bit or harmed us just was timid and hissed, this cat doesn't hiss and i think they are able to at a very young age so i doubt it is mean, but he could surprise you cats are weird. It does take work though we kept ours inside and didn't bother her so she would get used to her environment but she is super sweet and never hurt us aggressively only while playing by accident. idk if this helps any i kind of wanted you to know its possible and yours looks a bit younger then mine was when we got her but bigger because ours is super small idk why it might just be her breed.

While the idea of keep the cat is nice and he is a beautiful little kitty I think that you are being very practical by not taking him. Yes of course there is a chance that he can be tamed and will be a lovely pet but he could just not be suited to pet life and then if he doesn't get along with milquetoast you're stuck

You Can tame the cat but Please read some stuff or ask a vet for some things you need to look out for like side affects that it misses the wild or isn't adapting to indoors you should release him! stacy, I have rescued many animals including a feral cat actually. if it were me I would say take him. he looks quite young and I am quite sure he could be an indoor cat, I also know that you know he has a much better chance living a long happy life with you. again, it is your choice but just know that this is an option.

also my kitten used to be feral but now she's just the smallest sweetest kitten and she looks like a patched-spotted tabby or an African Serval- Domestic cat mix... I'm a cat encyclopedia XD. She is over a year old and is still tiny, playful, and so sweet! She's amazing. Also it's better and easier to tame them when their younger so that they can adapt and have a more comfortable life.

Its not living outside, it has shelter and the cats are used to her by now because she is feeding them so much. So, they would be easier to tame because they are used to her, and her smell.

It does live outside. Yes it has shelter, but does it stay in the quonset all the time? No. Inside generally refers to living with a person, inside a house. So if I work in a zoo, feed a bear a lot, it smells me, it'll be easy to tame? I didn't think so. It's a lot a like to cats. Yes cats would probably be easier to tame than a bear, but the cats wouldn't like it cooped up. Would you rather have a long life, but be stuck inside with no freedom (and you're longing for freedom and have been wild your whole life) or to live a little bit of a shorter life, but be so much happier. Yes the cat would have better care, but the cats probably wouldn't enjoy it like Milque does. Milque was rescued and from what I've seen of him, doesn't long to live outside again.

Katherine Kauffman Dude, the probability of it going outside from the quonset where it is cold, and has the chance of being killed, is, very low. Plus, that cat went into the carrier easily and wasn't fighting it at all. He went in calmly, and he would be a fine pet. That cat, would be fine for a pet, it would be easy to tame. It would just have to get used to you and being around others. And, as for it wanting to live outside, HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT? MAYBE IT WANTS TO BE WITH SOMEBODY! MAYBE IT WANTS TO HAVE AN OWNER THAT LOVES HIM/HER (because we don't know gender lel) AND FEEDS THEM! So, don't make assumptions that you do not have evidence to support ^-^

I make the assumption because most wild, feral animals don't want to be tamed again. Other wise they would be friendlier and would stay closer to the house. I don't know exactly, but I know a lot of feral cats and they are scared easily and aren't fond of living inside.

Graci B I'm pretty sure the cat is just a black spotted tabby( the basic, stereotypical tabby, brownish w/ black markings) The colors for a silver charcoal don't really line up very much and it would be hard to get a bengal cat from a small, isolated gene pool that is the population of cats seen here. As you said, they are rare, especially in "wild" populations. If it was to be a bengal , it would be a normal spotted one. Look them up and see the comparisons.

Stacy, you should keep the cat, if you can afford him and have time to play and love him, we found a kitty at the barn we board our horses at, well, the kitty found us, she was so skinny, had burrs and was dirty, she kept meowing and turning in circles around me, wanting to be petted, her head is cricked ( well, tilted due to an ear infection or something she had the 5 months she was a stray ( she's around 6 months ) ) she's the best , and if you don't keep this one, please , when you'll find one in the streets, keep it 💘 her name is Ecko by the way 💘

Hey Stacy I'm just gonna give you some friendly tips For Christmas I got a cat (2016) she looks exactly the same but the owner left her and her brothers and sister alone for 2 weeks the mother abandoned them for 1 week to she started becoming ferrel but now that I have her my dogs love taking care of her and she is caring and loving she wants nothing more than tone around me!
