Such fun! Cloud Lake is my favorite under-the-radar sleeper on the site, so interesting to see how two different brewing approaches yield fairly similar results. Very cool to see how variables like temperature and brewing time affect the strength of the extraction. Love these challenges, and always learn a lot. Would definitely be down to see more of these throughout the year. I'm sure this is difficult to implement but maybe even sending out tea games to people who want to purchase and play along! Maybe for the Wednesday crew? You'd make the world's first interactive tea game show??

Huang pian is my jam. Since I am terrible at discerning the tasting notes that the Mei Leaf experts can identify, I find yellow leaves fit my needs - great puerh taste without the sticker shock. Now that said, I still buy a lot of high quality cakes, but almost all go into storage. Hopefully, someday they will WOW me! 🌱🥃🌱

Very fun and educational! Would love to see more of these. Especially if using the current catalog of teas so we can purchase and try along with. Maybe list the teas used in the video near the beginning? That way, we at home can pause and prepare tea to try with you guys. It would make understanding some of the notes easier IMO.
