​@@JaydimFelicibaostage 3 requires a ko4 or bigger aftermarket Turbo. A Stage 2 + tune is a stock ko3 Turbo with an aftermarket high pressure fuel pump and intercooler

Got my intake as well as my downpipe on. I wanna go stage 2 as well as get my transmission tuned. Is it best to do it by yourself like flashing a tune or taking it to a dyno and have it tuned by a professional?

Go with a well know company for a tune .. Unitronic, Revo, APR .. May not make the most power .. but u want reliability ( and u DO NOT want a crackle map ... ) .. u can then do Downpipe ( Cat Delete ) and up to a stage 2 tune , with supporting mods like intake, and S3 intercooler .. make sure the car is maintained well, regular oil changes with the correct full synthetic oil, i'd do fuel filter for peace of mind as fuel pumps are expensive here and if its a TFSI , ensure ur cam follower is checked as this a very costly repair .. coil packs are known to fail, so u might wanna consider the R8 ( Red Top coil packs with NGK Iridium plugs ) .. ive owned a TFSI for 10 years now, so if u need some advice drop me on insta on, @mk5_teezy_

I don’t think IE makes a K04 tune. I just got Uni and it runs great.

You not gapping a mk7 that is not stage 1 or stage 2 maybe stock. Your car can't make 300whp on stage 2 a stage 1 gti can make 280whp and it's lighter than a mk5. A stage 2 can make 300-360whp depending on what type of fuel is used.
