292 whp isn't stage 3. For an STi that's low. You're at 220-235 whp stock I think and a tune alone gets you within spitting range of 280 whp. Intake, Exhaust, Fuel Mods, and a tune alone should have you well over 300 whp. Something doesn't add up

I hate to say it but there’s no way you only make 291 on e85 with fbo. Plus the subie looks and sounds like all it has is an intake, cat-back, and Cobb tune which isn’t fbo

292 WHP is pretty low for FBO. I'm not even full FBO on my 19 STI making 359 whp/420 wtq E80 on a Mustang Dyno (aka heartbreaker) which is one of the lowest reading dynos. I feel like the tuner did that on purpose though given it's not an RA block. I blew my RA motor at 307 whp/331 wtq 91oct on my RA block. Piston ring ring took a shit.
