Finding a stock vRS would be really hard and would probably require a lot of maintenance. If u find one in a good shape get it. Any regulations shouldn't be an issue as it is not too old of a car.

I guess maybe because its a Naturally aspirated engine, it doesnt have much to offer. Vtecs are tuneable but adding a Turbo here in India is very costly. I thought of turbocharging my ACCORD but Race Concepts gave a me a price around 10lakhs.

It can probably do around, 380 horsepower in its highest setting in Stage 3. This setup can probably do 10 hp more cause its a IS20 turbo. Add a IS38 or a IS38 hybrid, you can push some mad power!
