Great advice! One thing I notice about great bands is that they direct the audience’s attention where it ought to be. Singer’s talking to the crowd between songs? The band looks at the singer. Keys player takes a solo? The band looks at her. Physical humor going on downstage? Be completely still so your movement doesn’t draw anyone’s eye. Etc etc etc.
