Stages of Fracture Healing

A fracture is a break in the continuity of a bone
It can be classified on the basis of aetiology .The relationship of the fracture with the external environment, the displacement of the fracture and the pattern of the fracture
Stages of Fracture are :
1) Stage of Haematoma
2) Stage of Granulation tissue
3) stage of Callus formation
4) Stage of Remodelling ( Consolidation)
5) Stage of Modelling
