Sometimes we find ourselves trying let go of something/someone…
Loss is one of the hardest things to overcome in life.
People can just take a different path or we may lose them forever. Initial denial slowly turns into anger, depression, and eventually acceptance. We have all experienced these stages, even if it was just due to losing an old version of ourselves. How quickly we reach the stage of accepting a new way of life is in our hands...
…how long will we keep waiting for the closure we may never get?

Oh I love this piece. I could clearly see denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. The last bit of depressive stage where dancers keep slipping away from his hands is such a beautiful way to express depression and the final acceptance wow! bravo!

I love that I could catch parts of grief throughout the piece. Towards the end, the dancers literally moved through each other’s movements, as if they were now “going through the motions”. I enjoyed this choreography!
