Stagg Airships - Batman: Arkham Knight music suite

I have crawled out of my personal Batcave to put together some mixes... for my morning jogs. This is an escalating compilation of ambient explore, fully layered combat, and fully layered predator music from the Stagg Airships portions of Batman: Arkham Knight.

The more I’ve realized it, the more I come to think that Stagg’s Airships are the peak of atmosphere in Arkham Knight. It reminds me of going through Arkham Asylum, although on a smaller scale. The music helps lift the environment’s feeling and utter disgusting acts you see and hear happen like the human testing or the Militia massacring everyone on both ships.

absolutely. love how the stage makes full use of batman's gadgets, too. you start out using the grapnel to get above doorways and into locked grates, then you pull out a device that can hack the positioning of the airships, moving crates out of the way and breaking into new areas. before long you've got a fingerprint scan of stagg's hand to get you through locked doors and a perfect copy of his voice for anything with higher security. i know it's a meme, but this stage really makes you FEEL like batman.
