Ya its stzgnant in ogerbhyped highly overpriced in west hyderabad. Nowvthe huge upside, demand, growth is happening in Soouth Hyderabad(shadnagar/Raikal/balanagar). Already prices xoubled to 20k-25k, see soon sqft will hit 5k.

Office space is completely obsolete now. Hybrid is the new normal. No employee is willing to come to office 5 days a week. At most 1 day a week they are willing to come to office. If any company asks them to come to office everyday, they will be loosing employees

These over priced Flats need to come down in price by atleast 40-50%. Iron Triangle plots will drop by 50%

Simple logic.. Hyd chala mandi vere place nunchi vachina vaalle.. Vallu thirigi raaka pote, old house khaaaliga untayi, kotha illu evaru konaru... no one will buy for high prices.. 30% of current prices ki iste kontaru.

Only seller are selling their land and there is no one ready because they are demanding more money and there is reasonable price on land. So who will buy the new plots for higher rate. There is no money as bank interest rate increase. Job holder cannot pay huge emi and no money flow in market. People cannot Risk by buying money as they cannot sale. Plot if money needed in emergency. Down fall will be huge in plots rate. No one will come to buy. As lot of other state people investee money in land and they are selling they want their money back.

Don't worry, BJP will come to power in Telangana and send all the new companies which are about to come to Hyderabad to Gujarat GIFT city. Bangalore will be the king as always. Chennai will also make a come back. Hyderabad's real estate will collapse after this and even the existing guys will move away. Then all of you people can buy whatever that you want in Hyderabad.

One buyer two sellers market is here. It will go soon as One seller many buyers from 2023. Make a note who ever waiting for drop in prices. Later biting tongue 👅 is not acceptable.
