I"m having the same issues. I was sent a fuse 20amp, but no instructions to install it. Finally, getting instructions still does work.

how do you remove the pressure knob?

There is a little hole on the side. U will need a small allen key 🔑. Turn to the left to loosen, and then u can remove.

I’m having this same issue with my fusion IQ. I was wondering if you could let me know the seller of the power switch you bought? There are several from eBay and overseas sellers as well and I’d like to know if I’m getting the cables as well as the switch because none of them specify what all comes with it and I’d like to get the cables and not just the switch. Thank you.

I have an older hotronix press that has never had any problems. Then this newer fusion IQ which cost a lot more money just broke on me for the 2nd time. First time was very costly because it was barely out of warranty. I had to replace the power switch as well! So I don't know why they are acting irritated with you, they must be having to replace those switches a lot, it must be a weak point. I'm not sure what the problem is now but wish me luck!

Wow, the sad thing is I never was sent a free replacement. I had to purchase from pocket in order to continue production. I love this heatpress , but i also ordered a backup system from a different company as well which is pretty decent. Thank you for sharing. Please keep us updated on your press, and good luck! 👍 🙏

That's so wrong they didn't take care of it@@cephastshirtsdesigns. I just got mine open and lo and behold it's the power switch AGAIN. Burned up wire. After 18 months it failed again. Crazy.
