Where is the other half of the rfid lock. It should be attached to the flag and if so the flag cannot be removed in that manner.

It's on the inside of the flag , it can be removed in that matter.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a product and haven’t heard from them in 9 days. Sent emails with no response. I finally was able to chat with a person by the name of Anna (that said owner) and what an absolute rude individual. Refusing to give me a refund and threatening me with a 20% cancellation fee. The item was never shipped and no response was ever given with 3 emails and a call (the call was never answered). I eventually had to dispute the charge with American Express. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT buy from this company. You can imagine how difficult it would be if you ever received your item that was damaged and trying to replace it.
