Nice and interesting video. Sorry to hear of your poor health. I can relate. Type 1 Diabetic, open heart surgery survivor for 4+ years now, and AFIB. But, I walk 10-12 miles every day, and I still dabble in metal art. I am interested in building a propane forge. I built your brake drum forge which works fine, but would like the convenience of using a propane forge. Did you do a video on your forge? Do you plan a video? I just need a fairly small one, probably a 1 or a 2 burner would do for me. At times I want to bend 1/4 inch rod or rebar and/or flat bar for projects. Anyway, thanks for posting. I hope your health and income improves soon. Keep the videos coming!

"Also, where did I put it?" I've said that so many times! I try to keep myself organized in my workshop, but things inevitably get in the wrong place! That's why I have 4 or 5 pairs of gloves and a few ear muffs that stay WITH a specific piece of equipment. I do not want to waste time looking for those! Everything else...well, I'm also glad my head is attached!

Yes, mostly at country fairs and living history events. I sell them for $10 each but if people want a set of them I'll drop the price a little.

What type of stainless rod is that? It is my understanding that there are a few different types of stainless welding rod. Is one kind better than another? Or will any stainless work for this?
