stake pocket Winch mount

I have a 3.2hp electric winch I’ve been planning to mount. Love your design. I purchased a 30’ tow truck jumper cable set to hook to the solenoid. It’s plenty of length to reach the truck battery with the trailer connected. The only thing I thought about adding to the mount is a piece of angle at the front, to work as a depth stop and to add extra stability by spreading the pulling load against the trailer frame, not just the stake pocket.

Now you got me wandering how much a stake pocket will hold.

The center pocket on the front c channel has held up to pulling a 1000 pound sheet of steel plate up the ramps. I also added a extra pocket with better support on the tongue of the trailer and pulled a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 on. My guess that's approximately a 6000 pound rolling load. The weak spot is the length of the upright.
