Stakeholders blame Africa's education challenges on poor leadership

Could not agree more! Everything rises and falls on leadership. As a school leader based in South Africa, I see this all the time. In many cases, schools in sub-economic areas with limited resources, are doing incredible things with their students and it almost always is based on the quality of their principal's leadership.
