Best thing i can say is bring high magazine capacity gun. You have to shoot the blue specs on the boss, when he charges run to either side of him.and turn away from him. When he shields up shoot the wall blue lights as fast as possible don't worry about the skitters till the shield is down. He will shields at 75%, 50%, 25% health

im slowly starting to hate the serum system, atm i play with full kits and i cant upgrade because of time gate..

Not the biggest deal in the world but the series of quests starts with 80 mutants then 50 people.
