Wow! Thank you for this video. The shots are amazing. I can scarcely believe it was made in 1953. The quality of the shots look like they could be from the 80s or even 90s. But shots showing portraits of Lenin and Stalin side by side in public places prove these were from the Stalinist period. What a fascinating sequence of photos and videos.

And how the ordinary people fit into equation? In the USSR and until today in Russia the ordinary people are just masses that serve their master, the oligarchy with the Czar on the top (Czar V. Putin) in today's Russia or the Party and its leader (Stalin) in the USSR. There is no room for an individual citizen in Russia and the USSR as well. The only difference between today's Russia and the USSR is the brutality of the regime and the level of isolation from the outside world. In essence, they are identical, because they consist of the same entities, the endless mass of ordinary Russian citizens with no rights and their masters with their leader on the top. Then if you mention propaganda on "both" sides, then such is a term makes no sense, because there is no "other" side. There is Soviet or Russian side and then there is everything else whatever it is, which is always an enemy of the Russian or Soviet state...

This and these mute videos of the common day really gave me the feeling of being traveling. I get your emotions after viewing this, but every frame in this video was scripted and every man in the demonstrations filmed would have lost his job, and probably go to forced labour camp if he refused to come and carry the flag. Nacionalization left millions of people starving to death. Even Hitler did not do that to his own people. Remember, this is 8 years after the end of WWII, where the USSR suffered 27,000,000 casualties. They rebuilt from the ruins with ZERO foreign aid, unlike the West, which had American capitalism imported via the Marshall Plan. And this wasn't the first time the USSR rebuilt from the ashes - they did it 30 years prior, after WWI and the Russian Civil War, again with no external aid.

Регионы, которые пострадали от голода больше всего, были повально заселены этничными русскими, с целью смешать население и предотвратить националистические восстания (мы это может наблюдать и сейчас по количеству этнических русских на Донбассе, в Харьковской и Днепровской областях), та же ситуация наблюдается и в Казахстане. Также, несмотря на то, что власти осознавали положение вещей (но возможно не осознавали масштабы), не было сделано попыток запросить помощь гуманитарную помощь из-за границы. В этот же период проходят массовые репрессии в отношении работников сферы культуры и науки в Украине, в Сибирь высылают активистов причастных к созданию УНР. Всё это указывает на искусственный характер голода, основной целью которого (помимо форсированной индустриализации) было окончательное установление центральной власти на всей территории СССР

Спасибо Путину, частной собственности, добраться до больниц это испытание и везение, направления, талоны. Зато сука машины есть. А первой необходимости нет. Зачем нам такая страна?
