The hardest to get - and in 20 playthroughs i didnt get it - still is stash of the lucky one in wild territory... the fact that only one npc that will soon despawn after death can have it (and also doesnt even need to go to wild territory) makes this by far the most difficult to get. Also, i wanted the get the max 4 mamas beads in 1.0006 and due to the fact the corpse despawned, i have no chance to get the stash now. I will try a new playthrough soon where i want to get all stashes including the lucky one and all artifacts. In my current playthrough i got everything except for that one stash! It is annoying!

Secret stash of the lucky one is definitely the most difficult, though I can get it every playthrough. Scarecrow (the one NPC who can activate it) initially spawns in the Army Warehouses without being assigned to a camp, which means that if you enter the level early he'll start wandering to random points and that tends to lead to him dying in anomalies if you're close enough to switch him online. Also, because of his non-assigned state he'll automatically join any camp that can accept expert Loners if a slot opens, so if any Loner from the camps around the Bar dies (like from the campfire death bug) he'll move in and kill your shot at the stash. If you can avoid any of that happening, he'll start to move to the Wild Territory after the Kruglov/Wolfhound scenario is completed and the Loner camps in the level open up. So keep all of that in mind and the stash becomes much easier to obtain.

Why you need even 1 mamas beads ? Shotguns are also irrelevant after x18.

20 - it is reward from Lukash for clearing the bloodsucker village 18 - VAL is worse than Vintar which can be obtained either from Voronin for quest or in Freedom Base 17 - worse than sunrise suit 16 - common found in the game

You can find Battery artifact in anomalies in Agroprom swamp, and another in Garbage near Dark Valley entrance.
