I've been running an aura reading build on Myers since the update. Lethal Pursuer is ridiculous with Myers, especially with the mirror shards. you can now run Scratch Mirror without giving up your tiers.

I thought survivor games were bad the first day of the patch, but then they normalized thereafter. I think some survivors became too reliant on second chance perks and didn't develop any game sense without them.

I've been running the same Juggernaut build on a bunch of killers and will eventually use it on Meyers too. - Brutal Strength (fast pallet, wall and gen breaks) - Bamboozle (fast vaults and blocks vaults) - Fire Up (even faster breaks and vaults, faster pick ups) - Endurance (faster recovery from pallet stuns) Then with Meyers I'll probably use - Infinite Evil addon (stay in Evil 3 once triggered which gives even faster vaults, stacks with Bamboozle and Fire Up) - Add-on that increases charge rate to help get to Evil 3 more quickly Then it's pretty simple - force pallet drops in chase (if you don't get a hit before then). Early game build up Evil 3 and pressure people off gens and break pallets to create a mid-game where you have dead zones, instant downs, break pallets ridiculously fast and can vault through windows as fast as a survivor doing a medium vault. You just brute force everything. 😄 The only thing you have to be careful of is that early game build up, you need to make sure you're juggling the survivors enough to get to that snowball in the later game.

Hard drive got fried, new one hasn't arrived yet so I haven't really tried the new patch! But pre-patch, I was actually using Corrupt, Retribution, Undying, Pentimento Build. If you're lucky retribution can trigger 3 times! I've been trying not to go too heavy on slow down perks even before the patch but happy to see another cool build on Myers nonetheless!

Anti-gen myers: thanatophobia- to debuff the survivors repair speed scorge hooks: gift of pain - to add onto the repair speed debuff Jolt - cuz it's an amazing perk Nurses calling (or deathbound) - information on survivors to find and keep them injured. Add ons: mirror piece - in case you lose chase, also good to have when being looped. j. Myers memorial - get tier 3 stalk up faster Best Offerings - Haddonfield map offering (since it's kinda small and you will get more use of jolt. Also the hooks are fairly close together so you get scorge hooks more easily) Moldy oak - closer hooks to get scorge hooks value. This is the build I use for my myers, I think it works really well and I usually get 3ks and 4ks, would definitely love if you tried it out!! 💖💖

@@StalkyBoi Agree to disagree. I had no killers prestiged, but I did have their teachables floating around. And now every teachable that was unlocked is on every killer. I've only been playing since the last halloween event, so I'm not new, but I'm not an experienced player either. Having almost every perk I unlock on the killers whose teachables I don't have be level 2 is also a plus.

Hot take: unless you have one of the tombstones and you're actively seeking to corner a survivor to go for a grab, Fire Up is better than Bamboozle on Myers because blocking the window rarely makes a difference except if you're at shack since good survivors will pay attention to the audio cue of the entity blocking the window, and with base Myers, you're almost guaranteed to lose 2 gens at the start of the match, which considering he vaults faster in tier 2 and 3, you more or less even out the speed of Bamboozle rather quickly while also receiving other minor buffs, plus it has a surprise factor to it since it isn't as obvious

I've thought this before the patch, but it's even more relevant now, I think. In both scenarios, fire up has given me lots of tier 3 value just in picking up and hooking survivors alone- means I don't feel pressured to slug. It often feels like it screws up flashlight timing too as an added bonus, at least to me.

@@richt7525 I think what's cool about Fire Up and what helps Myers most is the pallet breaking speed. It increases his lethality in chase once you've got a 3 or 4-gen and have to down people quickly before the gens get finished. Also, Bamboozle is extremely inconsequential in The Game, so that kind of sucks if you get that map.
