✎ He gained worldwide fame with his starring role in the smash hit Rocky. He had his first starring role in the soft core pornography film. Rocky was nominated for ten Academy Awards, including Best Actor and Best Original Screenplay nominations for Stallone. Following the success of Rocky, Stallone made his directorial debut and starred in the 1978 film Paradise Alley. He launched another major franchise success, starring as Vietnam veteran John Rambo. When asked which of the icons he would rather be remembered for, he said "it's a tough one, but Rocky is my first baby, so Rocky". The Expendables was Stallone's big success of 2010. Stallone has occasionally sung in his films. His boxing promoting company, "Tiger Eye Productions", signed world champion boxers Sean O'Grady and Aaron Pryor. Stallone was voted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in the non-participant category.

Really nice video, He wrote Rocky after seeing a Mohamed Ali fight, He was struggling big time in does days and refused all the offers to buy his script, until some director let him play the part of Rocky. he sold his dog to eat and with the little money they paid him, he bought the dog again and it appeared with him in the movie.

I came to Rocky and he came to me at that same moment so many years ago! I related to the man and his very persona! I followed the trilogy and he made $millions! I made £'s. Then I lost all I had made to a drunk driver! I needed the Rocky psychology to get up and fight again! Rocky saved my l;ife!

While I think all of them are valid, I think taking control of your life is perhaps the most. So many people are willing to relinquish control to their employers or whomever, but until you take control of your life, this other stuff won't have as big an impact.
