what I like about the way you plan is that it's unique to YOU. you're not trying to be anybody or copy any sort of style. it's YOUR style. and since many people love the way you plan, you'll now be copied. lol. love your videos, don't stop what you're doing!

It just dawned on me why I like seeing your Stalogy/ bujo so much....it looks so used!!! So many that I see posted on social media don’t look functional to me and I wonder if there are actually used (no judgement, I think there’s a lot of pressure to create them this way). I just really appreciate your style, thanks for sharing it with us!

kendrak129 Thank you so much!! My planner is definitely very beautiful to look at, but I’ve always maintained that first and foremost it has to be functional and practical for me to use. It’s truly my brain and I would be lost without it🤣🤯 All the creative stuff is extra!

Loved seeing the quick flip through of all the old planners - so fun to see how planning styles change and evolve. I love how beautiful and chunky and "messy in a good way" (by that I mean loved and used to their fullest) these are! Thank you for sharing!

Thanks so much! 😊 It's always fun to take a trip down memory lane. Even if I'm not reading what's on the pages, I can get a great sense of exactly what my life was like at that point.

" Planner Peace is definitely more about finding a system that works for the season of life that I'm in......whatever the system is, you can pretty much make it work in any planner. The planner (other than the size) really doesn't matter." Absolutely well said as it's so easy to want to jump onto what's popular for the moment. I cannot tell you how many "empty" planners/books etc because I ended up not liking how the planner worked for me because I did not have my "system" down. As you've stated, if you have your system down, you can move that system from planner to rings to discs to a bound book easily! Right now the Stalogy is that for you and it also sounds as if B6 size is your JAM! I'm still figuring out my size and I think I finally have, I love the A5 but it's a bit too wide for me where I cannot carry it in all of my purses, so I took it to Office Depot and had it cut down width wise just a bit and this size is more workable for my needs. Now to figure out the rest. LOL! Great video and thanks for sharing it with the world!!

Thanks for this video. :) Finding one's planner style is everything. Stick with what works for you, in whichever book works for you. I know you will. ;) It's delightful that your girls love to flip through your books and that they are wanting to continue that as the years go by. I have that thought in mind as I build my positivity/gratitude/wry humor journal in a B6 Stalogy, that my kids might love seeing themselves in there someday as a reminder of how much I love and appreciate them and also as a memory of how I attempt to cope with difficult times such as these.

aqua46784 I’m sure they will really appreciate it! Kids always love looking at photos of themselves when they were younger, so I can just imagine that anything that is written down is going to be even more exciting, because who doesn’t love hearing about what they were like as a child. I’m sure your kids will so appreciate it, I know I definitely would.

I like what you do and how you do it...I would dare not tell you to change a thing. Stationery things are much more available to Americans...we are kinda spoiled and think we have to fix others...please forgive our assumptions. I have a question but keep watching older vids guessing you have already addressed it or somehow I have missed it. Is there any rhyme or reason for colors in the way you do things. I finally have a tab system inspired by watching your tabs video...I am happy to be directed to vid on colors if that’s be answered...just keep doing what you are doing. I home educated my four adult sons and love the similarities I see with my record keeping and yours. Looking back I wish I had uniformity if only during their school years as their records sit on the shelf all up and down and big and small. Now that I have settled on two sizes I like the way my storage looks a bit tidier. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you so much for your lovely comment. I guess people just get so excited by what they're using that they want to share it with everyone lol. Colours....no, not really, no rhyme or reason lol. I have started matching tab tapes to similar projects, like notes from the same book will be the colour, etc. But in terms of in my planner itself and even the colour of tabs, I will just use whatever whatever I am in the mood for. Not sure if that helps at all? I appreciate your comment about uniformity. I think we are very much alike in that way! Luckily, I was using a Leuchtturm notebook for homeschooling before my Stalogy, so there isn't a huge size difference. But the way I was recording information has definitely changed. I suppose I will be grateful for it all in the future, regardless of notebook sizes.

The Lauren Phelps covers come in clear and clear glitter only. She uses acetate inside to add the seashells (or other designs), you can add patterned paper/scrapbook paper) printed paper as well. 😊
