Stamp Errors in My Collection!

I believed that your misperf stamps are not "forgeries", but what are called "printer's waste". Stamps that are faulty during the production process, are sent to the garbage, and are intended not to be seen by the public. On an occasion printer's waste escape security, and will find their way into the public. Printer's waste is not considered "error", as they are not acknowledged by Scott with an identifiable Scott number. "Error" stamps will be those stamps that will have printing and/or production flaws in the stamps which are actually sold by an USPS office (ie, such as the inverted Jenny, and has the assigned Scott C3a designation). USPS will sometime prosecute individuals who take printer's waste beyond the printing factory. The most famous is the Inverted variety of the Nixon stamp, from year 1995, Scott 2955. It is now illegal to own an Inverted Nixon stamp.

The Argentina-plateflaw is a really nice one! The fact, you've got this within a larger number of stamps and with the margin is also a win, as you can exactly say, on which position of the printing plate this error has happened. This issue is also known for the same flaw (E --> F) at the 'CORREOS'.
