Now that is a gorgeous card Natasha! ❤ All the white space in between and the black outlines really makes the colours pop! Great technique, and it’s really handy to realise that there are so many different ways to do it. Another way is stamping the solid image stamp in a lighter shade, then stamp the more intricate pattern stamp in darker ink, and kiss onto the solid image stamp, so then there’s two shades of one colour on the stamp. Eg light blue solid image, dark blue intricate pattern. That is of course if you have multiple shades of the one colour of ink I suppose. 😉 Thanks again Natasha! 😊❤

I had a little deja vu moment because I just watched Sasha Reade's take on this yesterday. I'd never heard of kiss stamping before and then two different techniques in two days....feels like I'm supposed to try it out!

I am actually sitting here laughing out loud! Here am I, who do lots of gel prints and am constantly pressing basically everything I can think of into acrylic paint. And not once has it occurred to me that I can do the same thing in the ink on top of a stamp! 😂 The clear stamp is basically just a mini gel plate! 😀 Thank you so much for showing this, Natasha! You are - as always - a true source of inspiration and great ideas! 😄❤

The black hello comes across the best on camera. Also, the black with white letters on the smaller sentiment was easiest to read. Love this technique.

You could cut out the middle of the stamped off flowers and make extra layers to that flower too. Those stamped off layers were so perfect, you could also use them separately as flowers first generation. Twice the bang for the buck!

I’ve used this on solid stamps like vases or just solid shapes then make them look like a vase by adding in a little rim or legs for it to stand on. I like using the fondant cutters for this. I have tons of them and the molds for polymer clay work. I’ll have to try this with my flower stamps! TFS!!

I would of used those same sentiments, that you did! As for what I have tried for the kissing technique, bubble wrap, other stamps with a lot of texture & rubber bands were my first choices! Great card❤️

I have to jump in and say that the pink “scrubbie” is actually a cake icing mold. You can use it for polymer clay. But I will concede that it could be used as a scrubber 😊

I like to kiss with Simon heat stamp that I’ve created with old lace Dollie’s. The fabric makes an excellent stamp and the when used to kiss with you have delicate line and frequently a heritage piece.

I love this kissing technique but one question... I noticed you used the cutting side of your die for the kissing portion, does that cause the cutting blades to leave marks or grooves in your stamp polymer ? Or must you be just touching the stamp to achieve this?
