I watched this video before going to work today and realized I had everything to make it. I was so excited, but alas had to go to work. Kept thinking about the card all the way there. Got there and knew I had to make this card today, so took a vacation day and came back home!

You are an absolute genius. I just love to watch you create. I was looking at the HSN line up for August 30, and Crafter's Companion is bringing a new marker set with them. It's the SPECTRUM NOIR COLORISTA RANGE. I love markers and pencils and have to have them all. I can't wait to try doing something on the wood look!!!

MayMay, I really ENJOY every single project you share...always inspired. I use a "practice card" as well, to make sure I am using the correct color. However, when I make my swatch, I jot down the marker # beside it (using the bullet tip), so I don't have to repeat the swatches. =D

I love how this card turned out. I love your big wood image stamp. I have a wood image stamp but it's not as nice as this one. Just a tip to people who have large stamps and want to use an acrylic block, you can always use your cuttlebug or other die cutting plates.

That looks fantastic, I have SN alcohol pens. Did you list the pen color you use in you description ? I seem to have over looked them. I kept rewinding but still missed some. Did you use alcohol pen paper? What was the stamping ink you recommend ? My three year old is snuggled in my lap so I can reach my note taking items. Thank you

Hello, you could use white pigment ink, but you would have to build up the layers to make it show up enough as the embossing powder does, thanks
