Personal preference - fills in the bottom of the card with the thread and adds a bit more colour I thought. Great use of the stamp set - love it!

I like them both but like the one without thread better. Could you tell me what kind of paper cutter you use and does it also have a scoring blade?

Hi Carol! Thanks for your comments. The paper trimmer I am using in this video is the Fiskars Surecut 12' personal trimmer. It does come with both a cutting blade and scoring blade. I have a link to the trimmer on Amazon in my blog post. www.thestampcycle.com

Christy Velasquez Can the scoring be left on with the cutting blade? I love my SU trimmer but the blades do not last long.

Yes, you can leave the scoring blade on there. I don't use my scoring blade so I've taken mine off. I typically do my scoring with a score board. It is super easy to remove and put back on if needed.
