Hey Diane! Sorry, I didn't see this before. I bought them on Amazon. They are from Ranger and are called Mini Ink Blending tool. Yup! They are interchangaeable and you can purchase additional foam pads to go with them. I love them! Thank you SO much!! Happy you love!!
