Is the back strong enough

Yes. It's sturdy and can also be wrapped in a cello bag with a pretty bow on top for added protection. I usually display them as is, no bag.

How much do you charge for a cup

Depends how expensive the treat is - chocolate can be rather expensive so up to $5.50. My general rule of thumb is 3x my expense. That's in the Chicago area. They sell pretty well. I also make the cups without the throne box. i just decorate and fill them. Those I sell for at least $3.50.
