Stampin' Up! Sneak Peek - Hello, Irresistible Suite - One Stamp at a Time Blog Hop

Thank you, Granny! It's called a Stampin' Pierce Mat. It's a 1/4" pad that makes a great foundation for stamping with photopolymer (clear) stamps. I use it for cling (rubber) stamps, too. It's also used for paper piercing paper.
