Hi Dyan, I love love love your videos. They give me such inspiration to give things a try and be more creative. My favourite thing you always say (and I find saying it to myself often) "it's easy when you know how". How true. Love how funny you are. TFS, Wendy

I'm so pleased I found another old video of Dyan's. They are a pleasure to watch andd the techniques you learn are marvellous. I just wish Ranger would show her some respect and not have either noise outside her room or noise inside the factory, plus the camerman doesn't catch her holding pages up. Shoddy work for such a great guest.

This is a wonderful older video - but I can literally see the gears turning in her head - and I can see on the page why Dyan decided to design her own paints. The distress daubers are fine for many techniques, but for Dyan's STYLE of quick and breezy painting - that black dauber doesn't hold a candle to the paints she would soon create. She's an icon for a reason - and it's super fun to have these older videos that allow us to do a little crafty archeology...

I was so excited to try these techniques, Dyan is my hero! Sadly, I am majorly disappointed in the large art journal. Even though I followed her videos to the tee, the inks (yes, I am using Dylusions ink) seep through where the binding is and ruin other pages. After the 2nd day, the pages started falling out because they had got wet with the technique. Also, the stencils are very flimsy, no matter how careful I am with the Distress Paint dabber, my figures never come out as defined as hers, they always look horrible! So sad to be so excited to try something and then get so frustrated and disappointed.

I love to watch these videos but it's a shame you can't see all the work in progress. It seems incredible to me that a big company like Ranger can't have a video as clear as half the ones people do at home. I hope they install a camera above Dyans work space soon

Really really nice! I love the juxtaposition of those stencils. I tried this technique but I dont't know why, the color I spray over a stencil goes under. So, I'm never able to get a clean or define stencil form. I don't know what I do wrong. Could you please help me? Thanks
