I’m glad you are getting the help you need. It’s hard when you have more questions than answers.mental health disorders are hereditary and trying to keep things secret or not acknowledging is not healthy. Take care of your mental health and do what you need to keep you healthy. I have learned to let go and that is what literally keeps me sane.I get upset and vent and drop it because like you said those burdens and weights off your shoulder seems like you can breath. I have a narcissistic mother and husband so i totally understand. I have learned techniques and stand my ground. My youngest is currently hospitalized for depression and hearing you and others who craft online helps me know I’m not alone. That’s why I craft to release my stress. I really enjoy watching your channel, I one day would like to have my middle daughters drawing be turned into stamps and dies. She is a great artist and I want to someday create cards with her images. I’m currently seeking manufacturers to help me.

I'm glad that you are finding some answers to things that have played you through your life. You see reading opens up a whole world of understanding doesn't it? A good book is liberating isn't it? I'm sure they're more books out there that you might just find helpful to you or at least engaging to help you to come out of your sadness sometimes. And the great part about this is you now have a niece that you can have a relationship with when you can't have a relationship the way you want with your parents. This from a book lover! PS Stevie Wonder really is great. The lyrics to his songs are amazing but I like Madonna too.

Nicole. Can you design large large banners. Wide and maybe 4” with shadow that can be used for scrapbook titles. Double or single wavy or straight with tails.

About 4 inches long by 2-3” wide. Enough for titles on a scrapbook page. A 3”x5” even. If you look there are none out there. Depending on style but think about it being in a scrapbook page instead of a card. Thx
