Unfortunately the freedom fighter era is not for this new generation. A good leader handles matters of today and tomorrow .you have to forecast for the future and that is what forms good national planning. Why do we still have a ridiculously jam Kampala after 34yrs. Houses literally in the middle of roads? A good leader who is visionary should have anticipated future expansion and planned ahead to avoid double costs. We still plan like we are in the 50s look at how far Indonesia and Malaysia have come. All focus is on security which is a good thing but security is not all about boarders .social and economic security should be at the forefront
