I think as the older generations depart this life and/or embrace this type of atmosphere in the workplace then this type of open access with work and place will become more common as we know it. In years to come,we'll have alot of companies to thank such as Google, Microsoft and Stance themselves for paving the way for having such a well balanced work environment.
