Who are your top 5 US bboys right now? (I know this question is subjective/impossible to answer but I think it is interesting). Icey Ives definitely gotta be on my list!

1:23 how is that call ? some tutorial for that exercise ?

I don't think there is a name for it since it's a suicide. If you look at historical bboys like Frosty Freeze he was the first to do " the back breaker ". Which is a suicide where he would jump as high possible and land on his back. In this video in particular, this is a suicide move that Kareem ( white shirt ) started incorporating to his sets years ago and it looks similar to the back breaker only that he uses his foot to cushion the fall and transitioning into a tap Mill or German Mills. It's also not completely falling on his back but on his side. Ronnie Ruen also has a similar suicide where he does a one handed cartwheel while grabbing his leg and jumping into it similar to Kareem. As far as exercises go, I would say do squat exercises to increase strength on your legs and look into what gymnasts and individuals who practice parkour call " blocking ". Which is the practice of jumping high and tucking in your legs. I can't remember completely but they do this to generate energy from their jump to do a lot of flips. Look it up. They have some detailed explanations on KZbin.

Or just make your own up instead of asking for tutorial

Christian Fernández Frosty Freeze just had a standard vertical back drop. Ives and Kareem do what’s called an atomic drop (into a tap mill) which is a variation of a coin drop but without the initial 180 spin at the start.

@@gogogoooooooooo Good explanation ! I've been out the game for years now so everything I know as far as moves go is somewhat outdated being that there is names of moves that I never knew that they even had for them. Atomic drop makes much more sense since he is jumping and falling into that drop. It reminds me of the Omega bomb that people were doing a lot back in the day from a leg sweep or from a Master Swipe to the Ninja pose. For example, I remember back then before Taisuke made the move " criticals " popular there was a clip of someone back in the early 2000's talking about doing them from crickets. I would use to just say they were doing a low airtrack since they are very horizontal like the airtrack.

Robin from Russia has a pretty good one too.... uses the tap mill to almost “break the fall” I guess you can say
