@@mimzyLassiter You should see what they've been dealing with in battles the past year. Larry loses Battle Bad 2018 losing rounds where Dyken did the same move Larry does 4 different times and at some points stopped dancing while doing moves we've seen in other battles. Les Twins lose JD 2019 when Diablo stops dancing halfway through his round. Les Twins lost WODC Japan when Greenteck intentionally doesn't watch them for whatever reason just like Red Bull BC One 2016 and Kyoko was pretty clearly shook vs Laurent losing narrowly with that vote being the difference. Tack on how Laurent gets kept out of events in favor of Larry so they can't both participate like Battle Bad 2018. On top of all of that people allow it because they claim they do the same moves every time, but if you watch all of the major dance events in chronological order you'll see how different they dance every 2 years. Then they get criticized for calling it out on Instagram which they have at each of these events.

@@kenyavictory2498 Absolutely!! You all are right on point! The piece at 3:06 made me tear up it was so beautiful. You can clearly see pure expression synched perfectly with the emotion from the lyrics. Like poetry with the body. It told an entire story. It instantly made me feel not only the biggest heartbreak I’d been through, but someone’s heart I might have broken by complete accident. “There are people to blame. I hurt somebody too, I’m so ashamed.” I truly think most people are so broken that they forgot how to express emotion themselves. To the point where it doesn’t even resonate with them. Or they are too afraid to express it. Some might even be the same people who go around hurting others and not even realizing because they programmed themselves not to feel the hurt they’ve put on others. Because it would indeed hurt them, thus becoming numb to expression like we see here.

Everybody kinda under rates lau's freestyle ... people who really feel the twins while they dance and the expression and the movement are the ones who truly get lau and his way of dance.Larry is gangsta and everybody gets gangsta, but lau, oh lau is on a different level.(Not undermining Larry in any way, both of them are GODS.Hands down)
@tejassinha625 жыл бұрын
ajinkya karnik best comment. You can always see if someone really understands music when they recognize laus level of greatness
@RD-ji8cz5 жыл бұрын
I understand Lau’s greatness and his level of dancing completely. He killed it here. I don't think that if someone prefers Larry or doesn't mention Laurent it means they're undermining or “not understanding” Lau’s dance. Same as if someone were to comment on Laurent and not say anything about Larry, doesn't mean they don't understand music or his level of dancing. I’ve been watching them for years, I truly get what Lau is doing. Only saying this because a lot of people say if you prefer Larry over Lau, it’s because you don’t understand or comprehend his greatness lmao. imo they’re equally talented, just shine in different ways sometimes
@tejassinha625 жыл бұрын
RD for sure man, I think what he was referring more to is when someone will just outright say Larry is better or never give lau props ya know. It’s those who really don’t understand what he’s doing
@tejassinha625 жыл бұрын
RD and I think it’s much easier for Laurent’s talent to slip the grasp of the average viewer given that his style is a lot more subtle and abstract. A lot of the flows he takes are hard to recognize until you physically slow the video down

@@tejassinha62 exactly, i saw the same thing in lau's juste debout milan performance - he was the epitome of greatness as was larry but some dipshit had the gall to say that lau was just moving up and down and he isn't feeling what lau is doing most of the time. Lau somehow made the viewer just visualize the beat if that makes sense? Like if you were deaf but you could see him dance you could imagine what he's dancing to. It astounds me how someone can be that blind. Lau's juste debout performances this yr has also been out of this world. One might prefer larry's performance more but it's criminal to put down or not appreciate how good laurent was.
