interesting about regional styles still exist. where im from in new england....i have been taught the 6 step from the crouched position. so where he has step 3...thats where we start out 6 step.

how much weight should be on my legs compared to my hands? should all the weight be on my hands/arms? so that my legs/hips are extremely free? ....or should the weight be more on my feet/legs? (so that my thighs and knees get a good workout)
