Luckily there was a large trash bin (I dont know how to call it in English) was beneath it, so it didn't fall down as far as it could have. And no there were no (know) people with injuries, so overal it wasn't to bad.

Well... engineering structures can't support infinite amount of stress load. Lots of people jumping over small area can cause fracture

This is something specific to European celebrations although we don't seem to do it in the UK. Random jumps seem to cancel our while some fans in the continent do this synchronised movement which creates huge dynamic loads. The Principality Stadium in Cardiff has measures to counter this effect. Although mainly used for sport, during concerts they lower extra support pillars on the cantilevered tiers because it's more likely people will move in sync when there's music being played.

As a Chelsea fan I am great full to Vitesse for all the players they take on loan hopefully everything is ok

I think that arrangement has more or less come to an end because we didn't get anyone this year and last year I think we only got Broja. I think Vitesse was great for Mason Mount's development because after a short while he got to play everything and became the main man and play maker in a side that finished high up in the Eredivsie. We did the same for Odegaard, although he was obviously from Real. Matic also got his start at Vitesse in the first year of the development partnership. There have also been many Chelsea failures, but Chelsea still benefits from that because they then know those players will never be good enough. If you have a good young striker still available, we could do with him on loan. Our strikers are absolute shite this year.

The main thing is that no one got hurt and that Vitesse won the local derby 0-1. NEC hooligans ran amuck after the game, attacking police and damaging property from their own club. Absolute idiots who got themselves photographed so they can be charged, fined and banned.
