[STAND NAME]: Even Flow Abilities: The 1st ability of Even Flow is to limit the force and or speed of an object in the users view, but not accelerate it beyond the original value. The 2nd ability is to "save" the motion or action of something or someone and "load" it later, ex: Someone trips and Even Flow saves that action, he can make them trip again, or the user swings a bat, they can save and load the force of that swing to add to their own swing (I swing a bat at 10 mph, I can load the speed of that swing later and swing at 20 mph this time.)

Oof I completely forgot about the competition I had an interesting idea: Stand Name: My Immortal User: Sylvester Young (formerly Carrie Ulysses Wood [deceased]) Transfers all memories and mannerisms of the previous user to the last person they felt a significant emotion towards upon death. Depending on how negative or positive the emotion the new user is hard set to find closure or honor their memory within 10 days, if they fail to do so the previous user takes full control of the host’s body and retains usage of the stand. If the new user succeeds they gain total control over the stand and have the guidance of the previous user.

Itd probably get way out of hand and some artists/creators would probably get defensive if their stand didnt get the proper attention they felt it should have, still if a small group of talented writers/drawers got together and selectively chose stands for the series then it might be able to work, but then again there might be conflict of interest depending on where they'd want to take the story

I'm really inspire to make an oc stand even though I'm late Stand name : The Gambler (Kenny Rogers Song) Stand Stats : Power : A Speed : Non Range : A Durability : C Precision : B Development : Non Stand Apperance : a casino style glove with a small casino wheel on the back of the palm Main Stand Ability : Poker Cards : The stand will summon poker card hands that will damage the targets body (organ failure, bruise, body cuts) on how good the ranking of the poker hands the user draw (for example royal flush will straight up kill the target) Secondary ability : Poker Chips : to balance out the stand the user needs to summon a poker chip that will hit/tag the target so you can use your main ability on the target and the poker chips velocity depends on how expensive the chip is (for example white chips velocity is just a normal toss and black chips are like bullets)

legends52 w basically it was a short term memory loss stand that looked like a la noire esque detective all black and white with a question mark in the middle of a slender man blank face that could make you momentarily forget how to do things such as walk or breathe for about 5 seconds as the user says "He, who forgets, will be destined to remember." As the person snaps back to reality. It allowed the user to interrogate people by touching their brain stem but it was really weak physically making it a night time stealth stand

What are the abilities?

Tornado Bukkake It was meant to be more of like a one-time battle gimmick Stand. 「Weather Girls」 In reference to the musical group. Ability: Weather Girls is a close range Stand, needing to make contact with it’s target within a meter. It’s ability works in tandem with two aspects of the Stand. The ability is that, once contact has been made, the target will be flown into the air. One part of the Stand will make contact, while the other will then begin a meteorologist’s broadcast. The target will then fall within a twenty-five meter radius of the User, but from a varying height. And with varying chances of success. Like the weather, sometimes the effect will not be predictable and can even fail altogether. But if successful, the target will fall to their death and be killed. The broadcast does transmit to TV’s within a forty meter radius. And thus allows people to see the Stand, or even the User on rare occasions. The ability only works on men though, with women being immune in all degrees. But the effect, once activated, is instant. The Stand is weak physically, but it’s ability is one to be avoided at all costs. During broadcast, the Stand speaks in fluent English. Destructive Power: C Speed: A Range: E Durability: E Precision: C Developmental Potential: D

My god, all these stands were far more creative than any I could've come up with, and I am just majorly impressed. And I'm not gonna lie, I did not think about the word limit when I was writing my submission for a stand named Run Boy Run. It was all done on my phone and I got lost getting into all the specifics. I put it through a word counter after the fact and saw that I went over 700 words. I honestly didn't think I'd have gone that far over.
