Thank you for the tutorial. This is so so so cute! I struggled a little bit but I will try again and not cut in the wrong 5.50 inch mark. LOL I need to know where to get the mini pens. Can you shed some light on that?

In past years I have found the mini pens at Staples, though they have been getting harder to find. I recently found a sleeker mini pen style on Amazon, and they had options of silver, rose gold, and some other metallic colors.

How would I make this for a 3x5 post it pad? Ive made several of the small ones and people love them!

Dawn, I think the width would be the same, but you would have to play around with extending the back piece to make it tall enough. I also don't know how the weight of the post it pad would affect it. I would suggest working with copy paper to figure out your dimensions, and then trying one in a piece of cardstock you aren't attached to to give it a try before you make a bunch. Hope that helps!
