I tried paddle boarding for my 1st time in Hawaii and I was definitely pushing my limits on a windy afternoon in rough water! I did a bunch of falling but I had a ridiculous amount of fun and I can’t wait to give it another shot asap✊🏾

The tips and info from these videos have definitely given me a boost of confidence for my next go at paddle boarding and hopefully I will improve greatly from my 1st experience with absolutely NO knowledge whatsoever! Mahalo!🤙🏾

omg you make it look so easy. i couldnt get back on my board from the end or the side today after falling off for the first time. i dont know if its because im very heavy, lack upper body strength, my board is inflatable or all 3.

Beach Life, it really helps to kick your legs behind you like when you are swimming forward. I find that when people have trouble getting back on it’s because they are kicking down or under the board with their legs. This makes it almost impossible to slide the chest back onto the board, so try kicking your legs behind you and it will be much easier, Aloha!

one time i almost drowned myself cuz all i thought about was how expensive my paddle is and it was new so i didn't know if it'll float or not, so i held on to it and i couldn't swim with one hand.... and then i pulled the trigger on my PFD. After that i really felt i was so stupid, isn't my live worth more than $200? oh guess what, it turns out that the paddle floats!

@@JereMystic7S Yes, I know I am clumsy so I always wear PFD. Sometimes I wear 2 just in case the 1st one fails.

@@arnoldstollar5375 We've had two drownings in the last week around Seattle. Both were on paddle boards and fell off. I don't understand how it happens.

I want someone to make a video titled, "Paddle boarding, What to do when you see a shark". I think a proper tutorial will really instill courage in peeps who have been reluctant to take up water sports.

Hold on to paddle when falling actually cause the board is attached to foot paddle isn't and fall in water not on board

It’s harder to get onto an inflatable especially with your PFD vest on .

No, no it's not, no difference between a solid and inflatable for getting back on

Can you please make a video about stand up paddling racist abuse incidents. Every time I go out someone abuses me racially. I am very worried. They are calling me a "Kook" I think this is because I am a quarter Jewish but I really don't understand why. How can we stop the hate?
@kevywilliams33042 жыл бұрын
Lie and lie . Anyone can fall suddenly . Getting on with ease depends on your board your skill your weight the water. Conditions !

An idiot who clearly sees the leash as optional. Ignore the ignoramuses in the comments, you're quite right to question it, and if your not falling in your not having enough fun. Sup surfings the best, like to see these comment chumps do that in their shoes and socks.....
