Independent house sale is difficult bro, because 150 sqyard land value is 1cr in city minimum & house construction is 50L min for 3bhk with interiors & again 10lakhs for land registration & LRS etc.total 1.6cr minimum ,now let say after 10yrs ur selling for 7-8cr, how many people can come forward to buy ur house, very few. Buyer market is important at any time. Many people are willing for luxury living now like villa, highrise & big houses. No one is interested to maintain independent house.
