Ma'am, thank you so much for the precise explanation! 😊 Where slack variables are added to the constraints, we add (zero × slack variable) to the objective function. Similarly, where surplus variables are deducted from the constraints, do we deduct (zero × surplus variable) from the objective function? Kindly reply Ma'am. Thank you!
