Hi sir! We built a house in 2011! With 12mm 6 rods using 9 Pillars Plinth beam we used 12mm -2 & 16mm 2 Now we built 1 and half storey on top of it. Footings depth is 6ft! Is my construction SAFE? Area is hill area not loose soil!

There is building whose area 1200 square feet and 14 nos column.this column has 4no 12mm longitude bar.the maximum span is 12 feet. Can we built up additional floor?

I am building my 2 story house. Civil engineer is asking for 8x15 8 sarya pillar with ring spacing if 9 inches. 12mm Sarya vertical and 10 Mm for ring Whereas Mistri is saying 8x12 pillar with 6 Sarya and ring space 6 inches central to central. What should i do
