Speaker Biography: Nikita earned a Master's degree in Genetic Counseling from Northwestern University. She began her career with a clinical focus in reproductive and adult genetics, and also has almost 10 years of experience in the laboratory setting. Her work in various laboratories has focused on test development, report writing/interpretation, and somatic and germline variant annotation in the reproductive, hematological, and oncologic fields. She has also been regularly involved in the education of fellows and genetic counseling students and research at several institutions.
