I read a number of articles , watched numerous videos on standard based education ; but couldn't fathom how it differs from the objective / behavioural approach. But not until I watched this video that the boundaries have become pretty plain and unequivocal to me. For this and more , thanks a million , professor . May God bless you!

Sir thank you so much for your efforts :) Pls sir i have a question .Concerning the different methods in language teaching Grammar translation method - Audiolingual method and CLT ,....) ,Was there any change in the method that Morocco had been used for teaching SL in the 80s and 90s... specifically ,I mean was Morocco dependent on a specific methodology in the past like the grammar-translation method and then changed to CLT for example ? I hope u got my question sir .it's answer is gonna help me in my research paper too . Thank u. 🎩

That's a good question! If I have some time left, I will make a video about the history of methods in Morocco. Generally, yes there were different methods at different periods of time.

I actually used a variety of sources, Schmidt is 9ne of them. They are basically the same. They only differ in terms of audience and level of complexity. Good luck!
