In '76 we couldn't WAIT to get off work so we could get all prettied up & head down to Cain's Ballroom to see Jerry Jeff or Ray Wylie Hubbard. It was a vibe like NO other; put chur danged boots on & grab your bottle of Wild Turkey Bourbon to give to the bartender at Cain's..... Bertender: Your name for the label??? Me: 20 yr old JJW fan!

Kinda like the great lost JJW album! A crime its not available. Standing at the big hotel is one of my favorite Jerry Jeff songs ever!

I wonder why nobody has rewritten this for the Trump Hotel. I'm sure many of these things would happen if you just stood around one of his hotels.
