@@nisa3612 Best way to reduce belly fat, stop eating after 7 pm -- just tell yourself, "I'll eat tomorrow," you can do it -- and try for 3 sugar-free days a week. Eventually bump it up to 4. Simply cutting out all the evening/night eating is a great first step. Belly fat is much more about diet than exercise. Good luck!

JG you cannot target weight loss. calorie deficit is key to overall fat loss. you can do that without skipping meals as well :)

@@locallibrabinch4915 I advocated losing body fat by reducing calories. I didn't suggest skipping dinner, I suggested not eating after dinner, thus reducing calories.

This workout is killer! I started doing it at the beginning of our shelter in home and I Face timed with my brother in Colorado to have accountability. I did it 1-2 times a week during the summer and the last 2 weeks of the summer, 3 times!!! I am back on my own as my work schedule doesn't align with my brothers but I am happy to say that the last 4 times I have done this, I can do 30 jump ups all 4 rounds!! Huge accomplishment. Thank you and my abs feel great for an almost 60 year old women!!

So first I like how it isn't a super long intro, second the music is on point. It really makes me want to move , I don't feel out of place with music at all. Third ,the routine is easy to follow. Lastly, I like the modified version

I tried this today an my was I sweating. It took me at least 20 minutes to complete but I pushed myself. The Jumps were a little harsh on my knees so I modified it but wow. Thank you this is the first workout of yours that I have been able to do. You guys go extremely fast however. Much love Kay.

I found this video by accident. I am looking to save some money and continue other ways to work out at home as CNN suggest we should prepare for another shutdown.
