THANK YOUUUUUUUU WOMAN! what i am thanking you about is that i can do lay down bridge and walk in it but the back bend bridge is hard and i tried lots of videos but your the only one that actually worked the thing is that i am in sports day act of doing bridges but i can't do the back bend but the others can who have to walk in it so have to learn this thank you so much!

It really helped because I'm starting to do it & with this video I'll continue to practice more & go without being afraid & last but not least, I do the backbend on the wall a lot but I can't reach to the flooor, so I'll watch again & again, so that I can improve.

I don’t know why but every time I try my head always says first I’m doing exactly what you’re doing. I’m putting my hands on my ears and bending back. I’m doing everything that everybody else does and I can’t do it because my head always touches first.

Yes! This happens to me. Just try on a mat, if you're not comfortable there, first try on a soft low couch. That helped me. I'm soooo close!!

I can go down to a bridge I can actually do a tear drop. I think you needed to do more back stretches in this video like cat&cow but I think overall it is a good tutorial
